By default your results appear right in the app and can be downloaded as an Excel file. If you'd rather have results delivered to a Google Sheet you own, set it up once — takes about a minute.
Go to sheets.new and create an empty spreadsheet. Name it anything — e.g. "Shortlist Results".
Click Share (top-right in Google Sheets) and add this email as an Editor:
Untick "Notify people" — it's a robot, it won't mind.
Open the app, choose "Send to my Google Sheet", and paste your sheet's URL. We'll check access and save it — every batch you run can then be written straight into your sheet as a new tab.
